  1. Shop: Browse through our extensive inventory of mail order marijuana, click on individual products to find out more information.
  2. Add to Cart: On the product page, choose the quantity desired and click the “Add to Cart” button.
  3. Checkout: Continue shopping to add more products to your cart, or proceed to checkout to complete the purchase.
  4. Login: Login to Elite Buds BC. If you are a new customer, create an account. All we need is your email, name, and a secure password to create an account.
  5. Shipping Details: Confirm shipping instructions, including address, name, email, order notes, and phone number.
    1. All packages are shipped under “Signature not required.” If you are worried about theft, please indicate “Signature Required” in the Order Notes section.
  6. Place Order: Review order to ensure it’s perfect. Click “ Place Order” to complete.
  7. Payment Instructions: After placing your order, you will be directed to the Order Confirmation Page. Review the payment instructions.
  8. E-transfer: Send payment via E-transfer according to these instructions. 
  9. Shipped! Once E-transfer has been received, we ship within one business day. 

Tracking: Check your email for Xpresspost tracking details following shipment.

Have you already confirmed your order and/or sent your payment but want to make changes? We can only make changes to orders that have not yet shipped.

  • Canceling: Email us with your order number to cancel your order. 

Adding or Editing: Email us with your order number to request changes. We will guide you through the next steps, depending on the changes requested.

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final sales. We do not accept returns or exchanges

PAYMENT

We currently accept Interac E-Transfers as payment which keeps your information secure and discreet

E-transfer instructions are provided on the Order Confirmation page once you have completed checkout. You will also receive it via email. Instructions include E-transfer email address and security details.

If we don’t receive a payment within 48 hours after order confirmation, we cancel the order. Orders are only packed and shipped once payment has been received.

SHIPPING

  1. Elite Buds BC is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $150 (after discounts and coupons). All orders under $150 are shipped via Xpresspost for a flate rate of $25.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost. During normal operations, Canada Post delivers Xpresspost packages within two to three business days. Rural and remote areas could take upwards of seven days. Canada Post continues to operate under longer-than-normal shipping times due to COVID-19. Please check your tracking number for the most up-to-date delivery date. 

At this time, we ship only to destinations within Canada.

We ship in discreet, smell-proof packaging. We seal every order within an air-tight vacuum-sealed plastic sleeve, then place it inside a discreet package. There is no indication from the outside about what we’ve packed on the inside.

If you don’t receive your package by the expected delivery date (see the Canada Post Tracking number), please contact us via email. Please include your order number. 

 

If a package has been lost in transit, we can submit a claim after 30 days. Canada Post performs an investigation, which can take an additional five business days. Canada Post will ship if they locate the package. 

 

We do not offer refunds or replacements if your address is incorrect, if the package was marked as delivered, or if it was late for delivery.

Please note, we are unable to refund any orders once Canada Post deems the package “Successfully Delivered.” 

 

If Canada Post reports your package has been “Successfully Delivered” but you haven’t received it, the parcel may be:

  1. Delivered to the wrong mailbox.
  2. Scanned by the postal representative on delivery but physically delivered the following business day. 

Check your mailbox and the surrounding area to confirm it was not delivered. If you live in an apartment building, confirm with the front desk, mailroom, or security room there are no packages. 

 

If the package is not delivered within the next business day, please contact us for more information.

 

If your package arrives and looks tampered with, please take photos before and after opening. We will review on a case-by-case basis.

Mail theft is a very real possibility. We are not liable for missing or stolen packages. If you believe there is a high risk of theft in your area, please request a signature on delivery (make a note in your order notes) or use Canada Post Flex Delivery Option

 

Mail theft is an ongoing issue in Northern Ontario, Northern Quebec, and Canadian Territories. If you live in these areas, you assume all risk. We are not liable for missing or stolen packages and will not issue refunds.


Important Notice to Nunavut Residents: We are no longer shipping to Nunavut due to the high volume of mail thefts experienced. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you are a regular and have ordered from us before, you may email us, and we can create a manual order for you

If you placed an order of $300, this automatically generates a signature required order. If you confirm, assume the risk, and do not wish to sign, please indicate this on your order notes.

 

Important Notice: At this time, we have suspended signature required orders due to COVID-19.

This is a common occurrence and may be related to postal delays. If there are no updates and your expected delivery date has passed, please contact us directly with your order number. We can request a trace through Canada Post.

Tracking numbers are generated before we deliver packages to Canada Post. Tracking numbers activate once Canada Post scans them at drop-off. Your tracking number will activate in the next business day.

The Elite Cannabis team is located in Vancouver BC. All packages will ship from Vancouver BC PT time.
